Leaf Miner Eggs

If you've ever wondered what Leaf Miner Eggs look like. This is it.

Check the underside of your Swiss chard, spinach and beet leaves. If you spot these white clusters of eggs, simple wipe them off. If you let them be, you'll be sorry! Once the eggs hatch, the larvae tunnel into the leaves of your vegetables and burrow holes in the leaves. Yuck! If your leafy vegetables are uncovered, spot check the leaves every few days to keep them at bay.
