GTTC: Chinese Cabbage and Swiss Chard

This week I used some of my garden harvest to make Korean Kim Chi with the Chinese cabbage harvest.

I also use the swiss chard to cook up a delicious Smoked Salmon and Swiss Chard Quiche.

I'm looking forward to reading how the Kim Chi turns out. We can get so many kinds at the Korean supermarket, I never tried making it.

Kimchi is a new favorite of mine (well, Korean food in general as well). It would be great to try making it. Your spicy pickled stuff looks great as does that golden quiche!

tangledbranches-The kim chi was delicious! Just like the store but for a fraction of the price! It's super easy to make too! Try it out!
