GTTC: Asian Greens

This week's harvest was filled with Asian greens (Chinese cabbage, baby bok choy, pac choi and tatsoi). Photos will be posted on Monday. For the GTTC this week, I made a delicious Filipino Sauteed Chinese Cabbage dish called Ginisang Pechay. I also use some of the mixed Asian greens in my ramen.

It's so yummy and easy to add some greens to a bowl of noodles! I've been soooooo into noodles recently.
