Early February Sowing

I made another sowing of spring seedlings this weekend. I started some herbs on the windowsill. I recycled some Chobani yogurt cups and New Season deli container lids. I hear that the parsley can be very slow growing so I'll just see what they do on the windowsill.

- Parsley (seeds shared by Minji)
- Thyme
- Orange Thyme (seeds shared by Linda)
I also planted a flat of other spring goodies. The first sowing of lettuce graduated off of the heat mat. I left the mizuna and spinach to grow a little bigger, as well as the celery. I used Jiffy peat disks for these (I had a bunch leftover from last year). The disks are a little expensive but it's a timesaver when I have very little time.

Hi Robin! I'm early planting some of these but needed to batch my planting times since I work every other weekend. I tried to plan my sowing so that I'm not doing it every week. =0)

I used those jiffy pellets last year too. They are great!
